Abdallah Reda is a highly skilled DHA/DOH-licensed Physiotherapist based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, and injury prevention. With a strong background in treating athletes and orthopedic conditions, he is committed to delivering evidence-based care that enhances recovery, restores function, and improves overall physical performance. Abdallah combines advanced clinical techniques with a patient-centered approach to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
Abdallah brings diverse clinical and sports physiotherapy experience across the UAE and Egypt.
Currently, he is working as a Physiotherapist at MAD Recovery Center, Abu Dhabi (2024–Present), where he performs comprehensive assessments and delivers personalized rehabilitation programs using advanced techniques such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, dry needling, and cupping.
He also served as a Sports Physiotherapist for Fleetwood United Football Club, Dubai (2024), providing pitch-side emergency care, managing acute sports injuries, and supporting players through structured rehabilitation and return-to-play protocols.
Previously, Abdallah worked at Wave Clinic, Cairo (2023–2024) and Ministry of Health Hospitals, Cairo (2023–2024), where he treated orthopedic, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions using evidence-based therapies including shockwave, ultrasound, and Tecar therapy.
He has extensive experience in elite sports, having worked as a Sports Physiotherapist with Pyramids Football Club (2020–2024). His role included injury assessment, rehabilitation program design, manual therapy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize athlete performance and recovery.
Additionally, Abdallah serves as a Teaching Assistant at AIMS Academy, contributing to the training of physiotherapists in manual therapy and sports rehabilitation, and delivering lectures on sports emergencies and taping techniques.
